Had Surgery 11-11-04

Tomorrow, Thanksgiving is two weeks post op! Today is the first day I have felt somewhat human. I cannot say enough about my experience at New England Medical Center in Boston! They are THE BEST! The staff, the whole experience was great there. They were very attentive and caring. I had a rough time and ended up with pneumonia but they were on top of everything! Dr. Shikora was my surgeon and he is fabulous! I also cannot say enough about his staff of residents/interns and other surgeons, they all saw me and I have nothing but good things to say about all of them! If you are thinking about this surgery and you are in the New England area, I strongly reccommend this program. They really know their stuff!
