cigna insurance-any issues? also, lap band dr in ma?

hi all can anyone tell me about thier experiences with cigna reagarding approval? im having problems... also, anyone know of an experienced surgeon in ma that does lap bands? thanks! Gary in Ma [email protected]

Hey Gary Well, I've heard lots of John Kelly and his 2 other surgens at the Worcester UMASS Medical Weight center.. I just started going to there Meetings and they seem great.. CIGNA.. *sigh*... The last meeting they listed a insurance companys they felt were easy to deal with and ones that were difficult.. Can ya guess which one of the difficult ones were?.. yep.. CIGNA.. I'm worried about that becuase I have CIGNA as well.. Well, let me know how you do with the insurance..
