Looking for support group near Burlington, MA

Hi, everyone. I have a surgery date of October 14 and I am really looking forward to starting my journey to health and wellness (okay, cuteness, too). I live in the Dallas area, but have to be in the Boston area for about 2 1/2 months so that my daughter can receive radiation treatments at MGH for a brain tumor. Since I'll only be about three weeks out from surgery when we travel to a new city, I know I'll need some support from those who have experience. I'm having a lap band. I'll be staying in Burlington. Is there a group near there that I can visit with?

Sheryl, Sorry to learn of your daughters illness. I'll pray her treatments are successful. Most hospital in the area that has a WLS program has a support group. MGH does WL surgeries, as well as the other major Boston Hospitals. In Burlington, the hospital would be the Leahy Clinic.
