plastic surgery??

Hi all, Has anyone written a letter to their insurance to get PS covered? If you have a sample letter can you share it with me? I am writing to Consumer Affairs of BCBS of MA to get approval. This is what others have had to do to get their procedures covered... I work for them and basically they are forcing us to go to extremes for approval. Thanks MaryLyn

I have BCBS of MA and was under the impression that if it is considered reconstructive they will at least cover the Tummy tuck no questions. But everything changes by the minute. Best of luck Dawn -100
