I cant belive how easy this surgery was and how great I feel. I never had any pain that I couldnt deal with!!!! The liquid diet is going well! And I feel like my old self again!! Best thing I ever did. AND I'm already down 8 pounds. If you are considering WLS do it!!!

Around day 6 and 7, I lost weight at the rate of 4 lbs. per day.
I'm 17 days out now, and I've lost 20 lbs.!

Wow, you guys are doing awesome!! It took me 3 weeks to loose 20 & now at 3 months I am down 50 lbs but I am grateful to have that gone. I was a little frustrated that it was taking more time than others but at least it is going in the right direction & I feel good.
