protioen powders

Hi JoAnn I am Pre Op still but wondering if I should grab them to use after surgery what do you think? I don't have a surgery date yet I saw the Dr last week have me a list of test and I have to lose 15 pounds before I see him in November and another 10 by the surgery date sometime in Jan.
