plateau's how long do they last

i had my surgery on june 2, 2004 and all went well lost 31 lbs already and have been on a plateau for two weeks i am excercising and everything where am i going wrong someone please tell me nancy :"(

You haven't done anything wrong. It is likely that your body is just adjusting itself to what it has been through in the past couple of months. Just keep doing all the right things. The weight will come off.

You are doing great melting away. The 1st plateau I had lasted 3 weeks. Just hang on - your body is trying to figure out what is going on. Best wishes Dawn -87

Thanks everyone for your help I thought to my self dont tell me that is all i am going to lose i hopped on the scale today and down 2 lbs so you guys are the best thanks again Nancy
