Peer Support Group meeting in Westminster (North Central Mass) tomorrow night

Hello everyone, Just wanted to put a note out that our North Central Mass group is meeting tomorrow night in Westminster (exit 25 off of Route 2) for anyone who is interested (all flavors are welcome, decision making, pre-op, post op, support people.) We are having a guest speaker this month: Marian Hagopian, Psychologist from Gardner. She will be speaking on relaxation/meditation techniques to be used anytime but especially in stressful situations. She also wants to speak about achieving and maintaining a good/positive self image. Our group meets the third Tuesday of every month. Would love to see some new faces!
