any one have Health New England?

i am just getting started on this road. I am 33 yo. BMI 41 +. I had a sleep study done in 2000 and it showed mild sleep apnea. my question is this: what are peoples experience with Health New England, and if you've had difficulties any suggestions for getting approval.
