Liquid Diet?????

Thank you Luann- This sound like a very good plan to me. I hope to do it 2-3 weeks prior to surgery. This should be enough time to lose the 20-30 pounds. I hope!! Thanks for the encouraging words. This site has been so helpful to me. HMR is the drink??? Jodi

Hey Jodi I am also starting HMR i was told i had to lose 50lbs before they would do the surgery. i am starting on Sunday i am having my surgery at Lahey Burlington.I cant wait i dotn have a date but as soon as i shed the pounds i'll be ready. I have done some research on HMR if you want and this is the liquid diet they were talking about for you go to HMR.com the price is higher there but you may get some info. good luck in your journey Kim
