Calling on post-op Dr. Hess patients....

I guess I am worried about the psych evaluation. Who did Dr. Hess send you to and what happened at your psych evaluation?? I am really concerned about it. Erin

Dont worry about the psych eval. It is a booklet of questions for u to answer,,,like about 500. Some are really stupid, dont fret over it. And at that time you take the test you are interviewed by a Psychiatrist,,and that isnt bad at all,they just want to make sure you are ready, they ask about family support, dieting, work etc.. not a problem at all.. Erin, When i had done it previously it was also a booklet of questions. Almost like one of those online tests you might take at ivillage or something. And the evaluation was indeed mostly questions on my understanding of the surgery and support as well.
