Wow!!!!! Down 122!!!

Hello fellow AMOSIAN'S!!! I saw my surgeon last Thursday and he almost fell over when he saw me! I had my surgery on Jan 31st 2003 at BMC. DR. Hess had the honors. I weighed 320 lbs. that day and wore pants that had a 50 inch waist. At the Dr.'s last Thurs. I weighed 198 and I'm wearing size 32's!!! Holy Cow!!! Granted, it's been hell, but it's been worth it!!! Eating properly most of the time is so important. What a life adjustment, but I'd do it again in a heartbeat! All e mails are welcome @ [email protected] Thanks for listening.... Tommy

Tom, you give me inspiration! I weight 320 now and my surgery date looks like late April early May. I like what you say about a life adjustment. There is no way around this. I know I must exercise along with eating properly I can't wait until I am able to participate in life again. You go! Best to you. Rose P

Congratulations! We emailed each other back in the begining. I am from the next town over. It is so nice to hear of your sucess. I have done well too. I had my open rny on 3/4/03 and I am at goal, down 160 lbs. I know how hard it is. Keep up the good work....
