Thanks for all the well wishes!!

Hi everyone, well 5 days out. My first 24 hours at home and I can say I am pleased with not needing any pain meds except at bedtime. Will I ever sleep again in a bed--using a recliner and not very comfortable?? Also, kind of embarassing, but is all this gas normal?? I am assuming it is because all the nurses in the hospital wanted to hear about it. Take care everyone! Carolyn

Yes, I've heard that gas is extremely common. It will go away soon. Can you sleep in your bed on your side maybe with some pillows propped under your tummy and in between your knees. That might feel better Sorry, I can't be of better help. Soon enought though BTW, congrats on making it to the other side. I can't wait to join you!!! Kelley
