first time post

Hi there long time reader first time poster . Have a consult with Dr Fiallo in springfield ma on january 21st. Getting excited and nervous. Does anyone have any thoughts on the surgeon or the Lap band procedure which is what i am going for , thanks -Phil

I'm having surgery on Monday the 12th by Fiallo. I feel very comfortable with him. It is going to be RNY. He has an excellent reputation. Go for it.

Hi Phil: welcome.. There was a great article in the last Obesityhelp.com Mag..It was all about the Lap band Procedure. I myself had open RNY in June 2001. Good Luck in your endevors and keep in touch. This is a great place for info, support and everything in between..MJ
