weird pain under incision line

hi, I was accidentally hit in the stomach area last night and I have had a pain that has been increasing in intensity. It has a sharp and throbbing pain like someone is stabbing me. It is on the inside, not the outside and I have a time "feeling" it by pushing on my stomach (gently of course). Obviously I don't want to run off to ER, since I wouldn't even know which one to go to. My local ER (and hospital) don't do this surgery and my PCP has is in the past said that other surgeons don't want to fix other surgeons mistakes, so I should always go to the operating hospital. It's so far away and I'm hoping this is something like a muscle spasm or completely unrelated. Please any help would be great.

I would take a couple of tylenol and call your surgeon in the morning. Best to let him/her decide whether you should be seen. Hope it's nothing! Dawn
