Insurance companies are thoughtless!

My claim went in to the insurance company on the 5th of September and they received it on the 9th of September and they still haven't given me an answer! I know that they can be slow but this is now the 7th of Oct.,come on this is ridiculis to say the lest.I have heard that Masshealth is slow but turtles move faster than they do. Has anyone else had this delay with MassHealth? The program I am in they say" they "are the slowest of all the insurance companies. Thanks for listening I needed to vent. Cathie
