Wow I have an apt for the initial consultation at MGH

HI all just wondering if any one out there has any info on MGH and the first consultation, I am excited and nervous at the same time my first apt is Aug 27 the new patient refferal person was very nice on the phone and explained that I would receive a packet in the mail with a questionaire does any one know what type of questions they may be asking? Anna, I am on an email list with many other folks from New England. I know a few of them have gone through the MGH weight center. The group is through Yahoo. You have to sign up with yahoo (free) and then look in the yahoogroups for "OSSG-Newengland" I am sure one of those folks would be happy to help.
