February surgery!

Getting sleeved in February .. So nervous! Started preop diet today , so far so good.

Good luck to you!  It's natural to feel nervous - but it will be over soon and you'll be on the losers' side.  Hope your pre-op diet is bearable.  

I'm about 2/3rds through my pre-op stage.  Delay now being caused by having to wait for the sleep apnea test.  Initial appt. is 2/11.  I keep calling to see if there are any cancelations - appt. was originally for end of February  and I managed to get it moved up a bit.   But, I just found out that if I do have it, I have to use the machine for two months before they'll schedule the surgery.

Good luck on your surgery! I had my sleeve surgery in November 2013. Doing great right now and the weight is coming off. February is around the corner. You will be fine. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thanks guys! Have a date of feb 21st as of now but I'm going to ask if anyone cancels if I can go early ! 

That's good news. Start doing some of the things now that you will have to do after surgery. The more used you are to your new way of life, the easier the transition will be.
