Post Op Question

Hi All, my husband is 3 weeks post op and has an odd complaint.  He says when he's talking a lot (like busy at work) he feels some tightening in his chest and almost a feeling of shortness of breath.  Any thought? 

Not sure what it could be.  He really should check with his surgeon or primary doc.
