**Reminder Support Group Wed Night in Quincy at Flower' House**

Just your friendly reminder that tomorrow night (wednesday) is my support group meeting at my house in Quincy at 6pm. I hope to see all my regular ladies there!! If anyone new is interested, message me and I will send you my info.  Oh and I cant wait for everyone to try the protein pumpkin bread I made tonight.... SSOOOO YUMMOOO and totally festive!!

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it tonight.  No one scared me off...just driving my mom to the airport.  She's been staying with me during recovery.  Everything went well....just sore, tired, and sick of protein shakes.
