Chunky Monkey Protein Cookies

1 package of sugar free Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix

¼ cup of unsweetened applesauce

¼ cup of splenda

2 eggs

½ cup of banana baby food

½ cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

2/3 cup of chopped nuts (I used pecans, I don’t like walnuts)

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

Preheat oven to 400o F, Spray 2 baking sheets with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, protein powder, applesauce, splenda, eggs and babyfood, stirring with a spoon until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop heaping tablespoon of the dough on baking sheets, spacing 2in apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool on wire rack.

Any grocery store/Wal-Mart that sells Pillsbury cake mix!  Only Pillsbury makes a sugar free cake mix so far ... soooo good!  You would never know the difference!  The sugar free frosting is slightly sweeter than the regular frosting but the mix no one would tell ! :)

Do you have the nutritional break down? They sound great.

I dont have the breakdown, but Ive heard you can figure that out if you go to sparks.com or something of that nature and plug everything in...  They are pretty big cookies so I stick to 2 or 3 and thats it.

Hi,  do you mean we can't eat Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey Ice cream any more?  Only  kidding LOL.

Do you have some of these for breakfast?  How many can we have for one serving?  How many servings are there?

Look awfully good.

I consider them a snack for me, they are pretty big cookies and I usually only have 2 or 3 of them. I have no broken down the nutritional content personally.
