3 week stall????

Ok I really haven't lost anything in about 3 weeks, going on 4. I'm a little worried. What am I doing something wrong?? should I change my eating? Go back to much smaller portions like in the beginnig when I had an ulcer. And on top of that I am now HUNGRY all the time!!! I started eating nuts for munchies then realized how much fat and calories there were! Suggestions welcome for the never ending munchies and how to deal with them please!!

Stall = normal.

Nuts = as long as you do them in moderation (stick to the serving size, usually 1/4 cup) are absolutely fine. The fat in nuts is the "good" kind and is good for our heart.

Wow!  You've really lost alot in a short time.Stalls are all included in the package deal, lol.  Do you track your inches?  I haven't lost in 2 weeks but am losing alot of inches.

I am right there with you.  I have been on a 5 week stall and doing everything right! grrr  I just increased my protein intake in the hopes that gets things moving again.

Stalls are normal ...and they seem to happen every few months or so.
