Just got bill for my surgery.......WTF

only 6000.00. and the great thing is I have the approval letter!!!!!! WTF is wrong with these insurance companys or is it that great hospital I went to. When I called the billing dept, I think the guy was actually in Pakastan, couldn't understand a word he was saying! Faxed him the approval and he would get right back to me, ya right!!!! "needed to vent" thanks

Are you sure they weren't just sending you an itemized receipt from your surgery for you to have a copy of. I got a copy of my bill, $30,000+, but it wasn't a bill I had to pay. It was just showing me how much my surgery costs.

oh trust me it was a bill from the hospital!! I even called and faxed the guy my approval. Haven't heard anything back of course!!! The hospital stay and everything else was paid!
