Chocolate Almond protein shake!

My new addiction !!!

I call it the Not Quite A Sundae Shake !

8oz fat free milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp sugar free pudding + 1 tbsp sf choco syrup
1 tsp almond extract
1 100 calorie pack of almonds, lightly salted

Mix all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes, THEN add ice and blend for another 2 minutes!  Chocolate Almond shake ... sooo good!

:)  Here is one of my favorites:

Neopolitian Shake
8 oz fat free milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder + 1 tbsp vanilla ff, sf instant pudding
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (hershey's is what I use)

Blend for 2 minutes and THEN add in 1 cup frozen strawberries.  Blend for another 2 minutes and THEN add ice!

Tastes like neopolitian ice cream!!

When you say sf,ff pudding, do you mean the powder or the ready made??

Powder - it will help to thicken up the shake and be more like a frappe/milkshake instead of very watery

ok I thought so. I can't find the sf vanilla syrup. went to walmart and hannaford. might try cookies with vanilla extract instead?

Now I'll be even more excited when my new gasket for the bottom of my blender comes in the mail! The last one was eaten by evil kittens!  I find that a protien shake in the morning has been the best way to stave off any nausea, and to make sure i'm getting enough of that dang protein!
