Can't buy them .. it is my secret recipe but I guess I'll share with you LOL

1 cup natural peanut butter (I put in an extra tablespoon too!)
1 cup splenda
1/3 cup egg beaters
1 scoop vanilla protein powder or unflavored protein powder *the batch I made w/ vanilla came out waaaay better!
1 tsp sugar free vanilla syrup

Bake for exactly 9 minutes at 350*.  Yields 12-15 cookies that are about the size of an oreo.

OMG Thanks Kate! Now I can't wait to make them!!! Where do you get your sf vanilla syrup?? Can you just use vanilla extract?? I want to make them today!

You're welcome Charlene!  You actually don't need to use the vanilla syrup or extract it is more optional ... you can if you want.  You can buy sugar free vanilla syrup at Target in the coffee section (plastic bottle by Target's Archer Farms brand)  They also have the syrups at Hannafords, Big Y (none of these in our area though, all the stores are in western mass or Walpole), Wal-Mart, Shaw's ... WalMart and the grocery stores sell the Torani brand.  Some TJ Maxx's sell the DaVinci brand.  You can order a TON of different flavors at:
