I can't believe it!!! I hit 100 pounds today! The elusive 1-0-0! I am only 11 pounds from the high end of a "healthy" weight for my height! I am so proud of myself. Thank you guys so much for your guidance, support, and examples.. I am so, so grateful for this group, I have made some wonderful friends through this journey that I know will be wonderful lifelong friends.

WOW. I am actually happy.. I don't have to fake smile anymore. And, I am not ashamed of myself anymore. I am so glad I did this.
