i haven't done it, but I've gone for a consult - he is semi-affiliated with my program and speaks semi-regularly at our support group meetings. I really like him, and he is willing to work with insurance companies, which is a bonus. He has a lot of experience with bariatric patients, which is a good part of what I like about him.

When I thought I was ready I talked to my bariatric surgeon first... and she agreed it was a good time, so I asked her for a recommendation and she referred me to a doctor in worcester she used to work with. The plastics surgeons at St. E's she wasnt particularly impressed with at the time so she sent me elsewhere.

I found my PS (Dr. Davidson) through Newton Wellesley Hospital as mentioned by Sue. My breast lift and arm lift were in May and I am pleased with the results. I'm planning to have a lower body lift in the future with Dr. Davidson as well. Let me know if you have questions that I might be able to answer. There is also a plastic surgery forum on here which I have found informative...check it out.
