right now.  I find old habbits are creeping back ( night snacking, snacking when I get home from work).  I really feel like I'm failing.  i need to get my as back into the swings of things.  I find I've become way too comfortable with everything.  The scale is not going up but I just feel blah.   I haven't exercised in weeks, stopped my journaling, and some of my food choices have been awful!  I'm pretty dissappointed in myself right now.  I just needed to vent and need to get back on track.  I've worked too hard this last year to get to this point.

First things first - MEETING - we missed you last night.
second - I think it's normal - we juat have to fight it !! I know it's hard but you have to..... first step - get the journal out and write write write - write down what you are eating ... then you know you have to exercise - we know that. Ok you've had a bad run- time to get back on track..... let the past be and start thinking about today !!!!!

If you stay disappointed in yourself your more apt to keep on the wrong path. Forgive yourself and take each moment by moment. Hoping this helps a little !

Kristen! I can TOTALLY relate to you! In fact, you took the words right out of my mouth. I am having the exact same issues as you ... snacking, snacking, snacking! I will eat two protein bars at once ....... wtf! I am going overboard on snacking it's not even funny. I haven't been exercising as much but I have been logging my food.

Have you gone back to Tufts and spoken to your nut or psych? I see Dr. Greenberg on Thursday and I'm looking forward to it. I hope he can get me back on track a little bit.

It is hard and it does suck but we just have to remember why we did this in the first place (i know, I know, totally easier said than done!) Hit me up if you ever walk to talk about anything!

Missed you @ the meeting last night! :)

You are not alone in this battle, don't forget that!

IMO keeping the old habits from returning the the HARDEST part of all of this and sometimes you are going to slip up. You have done the hard part - you recognize the behavior - now its time to find out why and how to stop it. Coming to meeting may be a very good idea - hitting us all up here or on FB also can be helpful - I think anyone that is out a little bit has had at least some back slide and it helps to talk to others.

You can do it!!

You are in the right place!  I stay on OH because it reminds me that I need to pay attention to what the hell I'm doing.  I don't dump, so all bets are off when it comes to food.  I'm an evening sweet snacker.  It could be the death of me.

Set yourself up with some challenging but achievable goals, and GO FOR THEM!  Reward yourself accordingly - new purse?  new shoes?  pedicure?  What will you be willing to work for?

You've already done the hardest part, so you can pick it back up.

*hugs*  Be kind to yourself, you are human!
