gas.... back hurting

I feel like I gotta burp, yet nothing will happen. Could that be why my back is hurting so bad...cause of gas buildup? I am walking as much as I can. I have had the little episode where I do what I call airing out... it's kind of like farting, but you're not actually doing it. Just a small spurt of air. So that helps a little bit. I would think it'd be my stomach that would hurt..but it doesn't, sept when I go to stand...so I hold it. :P

Sounds like gas to me and just keep walking ...it happens to me after every surgery I have. If you have someone around who can rub your back ...I thought it helped working it out, have them do your shoulders and back.
