New tactic for motivation
RNY on 04/25/16
So, I'm really struggling with the pre-op weight loss.. So I took to making a motivation sheet to tape to my fridge. It has a crib for the baby I'll be able to conceive (and run after) when I'm healthy, a seat belt extender I won't need, a rollercoaster that I need to be in 1 of only 3 "plus size" seats for it to close over my chest and abdomen, and a realistic body expectation (Mia Tyler, size 16, little bit o' muffin top).
It's already working. I'm off today and went to the fridge and I was like "Yeah. Not really hungry. I can wait" lol.

i make myself drink 32 oz of water before I can eat something. It takes so long it usually means it's already time for a meal by the time I'm done.
