Everyone should try Melissa's banana bread ............ soooo, sooo good!!!

Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup natural peanut butter (Skippy = awesome; no gross oil to stir!)
1 cup splenda
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tsp vanilla or sf vanilla syrup
1 scoop unflavored protein powder

Combine ingredients and stick in fridge for 10 mins
Bake for 8 minutes @ 350*!

these cookies kick butt!! So delish, ok I'm drooling on my keyboard now

How many does one batch ususally make?? and can you freeze them once they're baked (I'm afraid I'd eat them all).

Oh, they look yummy!  I'm so glad to see some recipes here, cause I'm getting a bit tired of cottage cheese and yogurt! :)

1 batch makes 12 cookies  ... they would probably be just fine frozen!  I put mine in the fridge and they were still good!!

If you don't have unflavored protein, can you sub vanilla protein powder and still get a good result...does anyone know?
