SO - i thought i was doing much better . .but i weighed today - no loss.  .that would be 3 weeks...thankyouverymuch (oh and big props to my dad for pointing it out. . . duh)

i've been getting in my protein, my water.  .. . and nothing's happening

at this point i'm thinking "i suck at everything else lately and i've screwed everything else up i've tried.  .why not this"

I realize.. this is a pity party BUT.  ...seriously. . . a 3 week stall at almost 8 weeks post op?  is that normal??!!

:(

I know it's hard... but I explained to you that I had a stall that lasted over 3 1/2 weeks... (when I was4 weeks post-op) please know as frustrating it is, it is normal to have stalls. If you're really worried, when in doubt contact your surgeon, behaviorist and or nutritionist. They are the professionals and should be there to assist you if you need it.

Try to stay the course, it's worth it!! I promise!

Take a few more minutes to enjoy this pity party.  when you are done, just keep moving, sipping, etc.  It'll happen.  It's like tha****ched pot - it never boils.

You are totally normal.  TOTALLY

R u serious? Okay, I totally understand. I've been at the same numbers for 3 1/2 weeks also. I'm five months out, however, my hair got the notice and continues to fall out but the weight doesn't want to shed. No worries here. What will be will be.
Be patient. drink drink and drink some more. Make sure the protiens are in as well as the water. I'm not really tied to the numbers but I do see the difference in inches.  Get out of the pity party room. You'll never have guests and the only gifts you'll get are negative comments from the people who are looking for you to fail and you're the winner here. You realized you needed help and made things happen. KUDOS to you!  Get ready to slide into those smaller jeans and you'll be the diva of the ball. Bet your cares away, worries for another day!
