Does anyone have any experience with Harvard Pilgram Insurance and them paying for any plastic surgery. I got quite a bit of lose skin i'd like to get rid of.

Thank you, i just got home from my PCP's office, her scale said i weighed in at 169lbs which would put me at my goal weight. my scale says 173 and my WLS doctors scale always weighs a few pounds heavier than mine, all the damn scales lie so i dont know what to think but i thank you for noticing :)

WOW WHAT ARE YOU EATING ON A DAILY BASIS

An average day for me

Breakfast: 3 egg veggie omlette with a little cheese, i split that with my dog, i count it as 12 grams of protein + 2 Boca Sausage = 20 grams of protein

Mid morning snack: a banana or a 1oz peice of cheese with some Soy chips 6 grams of protein

Lunch, 1cp of turkey chilli with cheese and 2 saltines 17grams of protein

Dinner" 3oz turkey meatloaf or other meat with a salad or veggies like green beans = 21 grams of protein

Evening snack; a serving of nuts or soy chips 7 grams of protein

Late evening 10oz of Nushua Nutrition Amaretto Hot Coco 15 grams of protein

Total 81 grams of protein of the day plus i drink all day long, sip sip sip, including the fluid in the coco between 70 and 80 oz of fluids a day, i have a cup of coffeee everyday but i do not count that in my fluid intake.

Some days are better than others as some weeks are better than others, i find when i do not get enough protein in i do not lose weight. I figured the calories a few different times and im doing around 12 to 1400 a day, less then that and i dont lose weight, to much more and im afraid i will start to gain, its a very fine line i am still learning. I feel like i eat like a horse but still lose, i am at a point where im ok with it stopping.

Until a very recent shoulder injury i have been spending 3 to 4 days at the gym for the last 6 months and i walk a lot too, i also just got a Gereman Shepherd puppy to keep me busy and moving around after him, he was my non food reward for all my hard work.

Harvard Pilgrim is pretty decent when it comes to tummy tucks, from what I've heard from a plastic surgeon.  I don't think anyone covers arms, chest or legs.

Good luck!
