Is it OK to freeze Chili?

Greetings!

I made a big crock pot of chili tonight (yum!)  Does anybody here else do that and then freeze some?  I'm only putting 1/2 in the fridge for leftovers and want to put the other 1/2 in the freezer - otherwise it will sit in the fridge and not get eaten right away.

Yes its okay to freeze chili.  I do it all t he time same as you are planning because i'm the only one who eats it and it will go bad otherwise.

Yeppers, I use freezer bags instead of a container, I find theres less air when you use the bags, I think the more air the more stale it tastes.... lol, maybe Im crazy.
