Another one.......

So go figure - I gained weight last week - .4 ounces  - I know nothing I should panic about but I don't have to explain to you guys how that feels. So I've kind of come to terms with the idea that at almost a year out - I just might be done gaining and have to start the whole "maintaining' part !

Was quite surprised and HAPPY to step on the scale (expecting a slight gain) and found not only had I lost but  I lost 5lbs. ! haven't lost that much in a week since JUNE. So .............

That puts me below my overall goal ! So now I'm thinking could my scale be broken.......... lol
But I did walk an average of about 2 miles a day this week - however I had started that the week before so.........

In any case for today I shall relish in it..........
