Not sure where in Ma you are..but my surgeon just resently started practicing out of Winchester Hospital...He is Dr. Jeff Brown and is partnered with Dr Darius Ameri. I know they have a support group in Melrose or Medford and Dr Brown is also doing a support group for pre op's and post ops here in Nashua. We meet this Tuesday night at 7pm...our meetings are at 70 Temple St in Nashua at the Senior Center...all are welcome to attend this meeting....I'm sure if you call Dr Browns office, it's in Stoneham they could give you the meeting info for their Ma support Groups....Good luck with your journey...Laurie

I am also 2.5 months out and live on the south shore (Hanover, MA).  I would be interested in meeting - my church may let us use their room or we could try a local library.   I also have 2 friends who live on the south shore and would be interested....

i work in dorchestet and live in weymouth and i go to the bridgewater support group plus the one at st elizabteths hosp what hosp are you going thru

 Hi Catherine!. I am not going thru any hospital but had my surgery at MGH.
I know one other woman who has had the RNY and her experience was so different from mine. I would love to try the B-water group. When and where does it meet.?
