Hungerrrrrrrrrrr!

Hello,
I haven't posted in a while, kind of been MIA. 
Lately, I'm hungry all the time.  It's physical hunger and not head hunger.  I'm getting all my protein but all I want to do is eat.  I'm not craving sweets or carbs, it's just that I want to eat. I have constant hunger pains, which was happening before I had RNY. It's just annoying and frustrating. 
I'm 14 months out and wonder if anyone else has this problem?

Hello Susan im 9 months out and am no noticing that im hungry some days alot and others not so nuch ... hope it gets better for you

Hi Susie,
Are you done losing?  When I'm hungry, I eat.  I'm in maintenance, and this has been good for me.  Sometimes if I think i'm not really due to eat, I try chugging water, or just eating an ounce of cheese.  Your body might be telling you that you aren't eating enough, so don't discard the hunger immediately.

Hi Sue......I'm still losing but I've been at a stall for 2 months.   All along I've been sticking to eating every 2 hours...the hunger is driving me nuts.
I haven't been to my NUT in  a while, I just made an appt. which is not for another couple of weeks.

track how many calories you're taking in...you might just be hungry, and the stall might be from not eating enough.

do you drink click at all lately when im hungry i drink a hot click with some sf carmal swirl i drink it like hot chocolate it helps hunger cravings for me a lil hope this helps.. tho i found out last night from my supprt group that some of the ladies add protene powder,milk to it for more protene flavor and taste so im gonna try that today

hey its like mocha coffee its on www.drinkclick.com but cheaper on amazon i live by it.. if you email them friday theyll send you a sample it gives me energy and i mix sometimes with coffee but drink it hot mostly..


ive been doing well weight slowed a lil bit but im managing

Sue that is a very good point about not eating enough can be a problem with the stall. 
I was never good at food journaling but I am going to start :)
