Anyone have trouble with the staff at Tufts??

Had the same problem!!!!  Didnt get my letter (neither did my aunt****il AFTER surgery.

Nothing like knowing youre approved after the replumb your insides.

I was on the phone with Tania and BCBS damn near every day. I understand she's a busy woman, but for Christ sake.....

Im glad I am done with her!!!

Ditto on Louise - she is simply wonderful!

I actually didn't have a problem with Tania (thank god from all the stories I have read on this board) for my surgery.  I also got  my approval letter AFTER I was home from the surgery but did speak with Tania over the phone that I was indeed approved. 

I forgot, Triple Ditto on Louise!!!!

Going to see her today, actually. Amazing woman, and a blessing for the team at Tufts to have.
