Husband/partner getting in the way of weight loss?

I'm Amanda Harp, a graduate student at Clark University.  I just wanted to send a note of best wishes to everyone in their progress.

Also, as part of my dissertation, I'm offering a focus group to women who feel their husbands get in the way of (undermine or sabotage) their weight loss.

Participants will discuss the issue in the open around other women experiencing the same phenomenon.

Additionally, one person in each group (groups are restricted to 15 people) will win $50 at the end of the group.

I'm sorry to hear that, but hope you meet others who have gone through/going through the same thing and can find some good solutions.

My ex-boyfriend actually sabotaged his own health as I lost weight.  Apparently my new found control over food triggered his absolute lack of control and he started secret and not-so-secret binge eating...horrifying to watch.
