Need HONEST opinions !!!!

Interesting idea. 

I have been finding it a problem in the south shore to locate a store where I could get everything.
I think alot of research needs to be done.

Have you thought about being a local distributor where people could order online and pick it up or have home parties?  If anyone could do it - you could.

1. Do you think we need a store like this or are you / others you know finding what they need online or in other stores ? 

I have always wanted a "bariatric friendly store."  For years of going into GNC and dealing with ********ales staff, once even getting a job in one (ha ha) ... it's not the best option.  Even natural food stores, they're great, however hard to navigate for the Bariatric Baby, "Can I eat this? That?"  

That said, I find nearly everything I "need" online, but I am THRILLED when I find something AT THE STORE.  I love finding new products at big box stores, the grocery stores, and natural food stores, but I have an unhealthy relationship with finding new "stuff" for WLS'ers, more than the typical post op. 

2. Would you shop at a store if it was available and could possibly find all you needed in one store - even though it might be a little more expensive?

If it WERE a truly weight-loss surgery centered brick and mortar store IN MY AREA?  Yes, I would at least buy singles/samples of items, but if the case prices were out of the realm of what I can find online, probably not.  If the prices were competitive, absolutely.

3. What would you like to see in this store if you answered YES to the two above questions ?

I agree with MrsClaus09 in that there's too many online sites providing this service with no to little issue with shipping or return policies.

I caution you because of so many low-carb stores I saw go to bankrupcy in the great Atkins diet craze of the early 90's.  Many people had the same idea of combining low-carb items at one speciality store.  It was tough to have decent rotation of most items before they went bad - quite a few of the protein bars and other protein products have a more limited shelf life than other normal food products.

Oh so weird!!  I was talking with my girlfriend the other day about a catering business that specialized specifically ( did i spell that right?) in WLS meals.  I think your idea is absolutely fantastic. I think the closest place to me is in Dartmouth. I dont want to travel 30 minutes just to get some protein, or calcium. Which is kinda hard to find.  

Also I kinds dont like the idea of getting stuff online, because i want the nutrion label right in front of me! 

Plus , and I'm just saying,  the store in Dartmouth offered trial sizes of different protein products.  
 side note: tried a cappacino latte protein shake.  OMG!!! It was so good!!  og carbs and og sugar
