Another WOW moment
So I'm away for the weekend with hubby - we arrived Friday night and I made a committment to myeslf to workout - YUP even picked a hotel with a gym ! We checked it out on Friday night and Saturday morning - I worked out !! And today I"m sore as hell - we walked over 5 miles yesterday - BUT I got up and just got back from my workout !! Now to do it tomorrow and I will have followed through ! For me this is an accomplishment - I HATE exercise - yup I still do - but I know it's a necessary evil (lol) and even a weekend away - I made myself do it !!!
