1 Year TODAY-Before and After pics

One year ago today I had my RNY surgery. I couldn't be happier with my choice to improve my life and my health! Before and after pictures really helped me before surgery and in the early days for inspiration. Here are mine to hopefully help others. I don't have many pictures of myself as I am usually behind the camera.... in this after I am behind a fence, LOL!

Before-about 250 lbs and size 24

Martha you look great, I can't believe it's only been a year, you've been at or below your goal weight for so long already! I won't be at my goal weight within a year of my surgery (of course, I weighed more than you but my goal weight is also a lot higher than the weight you are at now). Anyway, you're doing great and you're a great inspiration, wtg on your success!
