I am a new member to the site. Having gastric bypass surgery November 16th at Lahey Burlington. I would love to meet people in my area going through the same process as me. Hope to talk soon!!

In case you are intrested - we have a support group here in Bridgewater - open to people who have had any type of weight loss surgery and those thinking about it.

We meet the last Monday of every month - if you're interested let me know and I'll give you the information !!

My DH works in Brockton....

Hi!  I'm having my surgery in 2 days at Beth Israel in Boston.  I'm from that area up there, my aunt works at Lahey!  good luck with the process!

Best of luck....this will be the best decision you ever made. 

Best of luck to you.  Try to visit a pre-op meeting or two.  Also visit a post-op and see some of the issues that happen afterwards.

I'm unsure of Burlington, but Newton-Wellesley has nice meetings on Thursdays.
