NORMAL BMI *edit* photo added!

I know that BMI charts mean nothing, especially to those of us who have succeeded at being morbidly obese, but damn, it felt good anyway to hit below 25 on the BMI chart this morning!!!!!
ACCEPTABLE body fat % too!  I think I might be healthy!!

Isn't great to be 'normal' ??? haha! I watched that silly chart go from morbidly obese to normal in a year! It's like..woah!

it took 10 months, and starting out, it wasn't even my goal.  I was aiming for 160, would would had my BMI at 25.8 or something.  But my body's still melting, so I'm going with it!

Congrats !!! I've gone from being in the Stage Three Obesity - to Stage One - can't wait unitl I'm overweight ! Don't think I'll ever be in the Normal but I'm ok with that !!!

According to my people (the ones that look at me all the time), I'm "tiny".  I try to get them to stand next to me in photos or even in front of a mirror - but it doesn't happen often, so I don't know what I look like, but clothing size-wise - I haven't been overweight in a while - in my opinion!
