Finally got the vitamins under control

Now I am trying to tackle making exercise part of my day.  I am down 47 lbs so far since my highest weight but I think if I was exercising I would have that down even more.  I just worry about working out increasing my appetite.  In the past working out has made me tired and hungry.

Just plan your workouts and your food intake.  I always have a carb-ish snack about an hour before working out.  I then follow my workout with something high in protein - a shake, some nuts, whatever. 

Might be a good question for your NUT.  But don't NOT exercise cuz you don't want to eat - just eat more! (it's ok!).

sue what kinds of shakes can you tolerate ... im 3 1/2 months out how often should i be working out/

I'm still "enjoying" my Isopure in Grape, Orange and Iced Tea.  I just hate the milk based ones and would rather have these overly "sweet" clear ones.

I start every day with my carnation instant breakfast though - those I like.

I try to work out 3X week.  anything you can do that you WILL do is the best.  If it's too hard to fit in, I never get it done.
