So, as many of you have read on my profile, my significant other and I have split up.

I'm proud to say we both have found new places to live, he will be staying in Lowell and I am movoing back to my hometown of Waltham, conveniently close to work and to my hospital support groups in Newton.

In the meantime, I have moved in with my mom before I get into my new place on September 1st.  It looks like it's going to be a wonderful place to live, walking distance to lots of my favorite places.

Thanks to everyone who have sent supportive messages in the last couple of weeks.  While this has been a hard thing to endure, I truly believe it is just another part of the process I have to go through while I am changing my life.  The love and support I have received from my OH friends, my pre-op friends and family have made all the difference!

Thanks all!  I love you!

Thanks so much - serving as a role model or inspiration is a lovely compliment.  I'm just living out loud hoping that I can be the best I can be and connect with others going through similar things.  There's so much we all have in common besides obesity and surgery!

Thanks.  At this point in time, i amaze myself every day.  I guess I feel like I've already done "the impossible" by losing all this weight, something i never had any intention of doing most of my life.

Never forget to be impressed with yourself - it's a wonderful feeling!
