I'm home!

Thanks to all of you whom I don't know from a hole in the wall and who left the good wishes and offered prayers for me. I got home about three hours ago and am tired and a little sore. The roxicet is taking care of the pain for the most part.

I had a GREAT experience and was treated SO well by everyone involved in my care over the last two days.I have gained 8lbs since Tuesday but know that this is due to surgery and will fall off me soon enough!

I am so glad so far to have taken this positive step in my life and the best thing that happened was that one of my fellow RNY surgery friends came to visit last night....185 lbs smaller since April 30th 2008. If that was not an inspiration to me then I don't know what could have been.

I will finish now and look forward to posting on here of my progress in the coming weeks and months.

That Roxicet is good stuff! I remember it well. Take good care of yourself and remember to take small sips and walk when you can!

Well you are on your way. It gets better everyday. And Jim is the best. Now you are on the other side. The first week is the hardest not the pain but the emotions can play a little game with you. Walk and sip and rest. Best of Luck
