2 months-post!

I just put up my 2 month post-op pics, I'm getting there~! 100's here I come!!

Wow! Congratulations! that is pretty amazing.

I have to say my surgery was July 1st and I don't seem to be losing weight at the rate you are losing weight. Are you ahead of the normal loss or am I behind?  I am still struggling with getting the foods in and the weather has put off me walking everyday?  I started at 252 and I think I am down 32 pounds.

I think you'll see it pick-up. I lost 18 lbs in the first 11 days after surgery (mostly liquids they had pumped in me) then I lost only 4 lbs for the next 3 weeks. So I wouldn't worry about going slow, everyone's different.

Thanks Megan! I feel better knowing that I am sort of on your pace a bit and hopefully once I get to phase 5 things will be better! I actually am craving plums and cantelopes!  I must say my fingernails were so long on the protein only diet that I had to cut them back!
