Hello everyone, I am wondering instead of having protein drinks can we have Carnation Instand breakfast 2x the protein no sugar added. Thanks

i have one every work day.  i make it will skim milk, and actually double the milk so it's not as thick, heat it and drink it like hot chocolate.  it's a yummy warm way to combat the freezing June weather.

Thank you so much for replying back.  I actually put a little vanilla extract so it gave it an extra kick

this morning i added some vanilla bean protein powder to the CIB mix, a tablespoon of sf ff chocolate jello and some ice and viole'.  I add the ice cubes last, i find that works out better.  I also only do half the packet and half the milk as I can't drink 8 oz all at once and they don't seem to keep well in the fridge.

CIB is a gret source of protein.  I actually LOVE the pre-made no sugar added chocolate one and I add a scoop of unflavored unjury to it for extra protein and shake it up real well.  I find that the pre-made keeps longer than the packets in the fridge.

Also, consider investing in a Magic Bullet if you have not already and use that to make about a million different CIB concoctions.  I know I have added all sorts of fruit and things to it and ice and it makes a great smoothie.

Just a few suggestions.

This is what they gave me in the hospital so I would say YES. I actually put a scoop of benaprotien in it to get more protein!!

I have found the premade at Stop & Shop and Walmart Superstores that have grocery stores.  They are very hard to find, but now that they have become more popular it seems a little easier.
