I Am A Happy Camper Today
I had my two-week post-op appointment today and I am happy to say that I have lost 33 pounds since my two-week pre-op diet. I am not sure how much I lost before surgery so we are saying 10 pounds before surgery and a total of 23 pounds lost since surgery.
I have also moved to stage 4 and only had a piece of ham. I know it is going to take me a bit to get use to putting real food back in my diet but I know as long as I take it slow I should be fine.
